How do I book an appointment?
Booking an appointment is simple and flexible. You can use our online scheduling tool to choose a time that works best for you, or call us directly at (647) 894-6219. Same-day and emergency appointments are also available when needed.
What services do you offer?
We provide Manual Osteopathy sessions including initial assessments, follow-up treatments, and Cranial-Sacral Therapy. We also offer mobile services where we come to your home or office for your convenience.
Do you offer mobile services?
Yes! We offer mobile services throughout the GTA. Our mobile sessions include Initial Assessment (75 min - $160), Follow-up Sessions (60 min - $145), and Cranial-Sacral Therapy (60 min - $145).
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit begins with a warm welcome and a detailed health review. We'll perform a comprehensive assessment and discuss your health history and goals. Based on this, we'll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Is manual osteopathy painful?
Our philosophy is 'No Pain, All Gain!' We use gentle techniques designed to work with your body's natural healing processes. Most patients find the treatments relaxing and experience relief during and after sessions.
What conditions do you treat?
We treat a variety of conditions including headaches and migraines, back and lower back pain, neck pain and whiplash, shoulder/elbow/wrist pain, and sports injuries. Our holistic approach addresses the root causes of pain and discomfort.
How often should I have treatments?
Treatment frequency depends on your individual condition and goals. After your initial assessment, we'll recommend a treatment plan that may include weekly sessions initially, transitioning to maintenance visits as your condition improves.
